Why learn to appreciate wine?

This section is comprised of essays, articles and presentations that I have created over the years, which have appeared in newspapers, magazines and periodicals, plus current postings of her most recent work.  The activities I have included were part of the classes in Wine Appreciation I taught at Brock University.
